Il nome “Sette” racchiude un significato profondo: il numero in etichetta è infatti avvolto da un serpente, simbolo che si trova sul portone della Sacra di San Michele, uno dei 7 santuari proprio sul nostro territorio. Sette è una Italian Modern Keller con una luppolatura finemente calibrata, grazie all’uso del luppolo tedesco Diamant, fornito in collaborazione con Italian Hops, viene impiegato sia in amaro, che in aroma e infine anche in dry hop. Il risultato è una birra fresca e profumata, con note floreali e un finale secco e piacevole.
